I love Jane Savoie. She explains everything so well and had such a positive attitude that it is contagious, even in her writing.
I think there can be a neg stigma with rider fear in some equestrian circles and I have always really resented that part of the culture. Fear is a natural function of our body and it is designed to keep us safe. These videos are really well done keep em coming!
I think all of us at one time or another has second thoughts about getting on our horses. Eventually, we will all work out of it. Either with outside help or by ourselves. I give you credit for saying what you feel about fear. It's there for everyone only most won't admit it.
Thanks you Chirs and Gray Horse~ I really started this blog to speak out about fear and hopefully help others dealing with the same type of issues. It has been a taboo topic in equestrian circles for a long time.
That is very interesting! Thanks for sharing them. I can't wait to see the others. It's good food for thought. I thought my fear came from a time when I was thrown which at the time wasn't that bad, but now that I know the difference I think I'm the 'what if' type. Sure sounds like me lol.
