No I don't have that book yet, but I'm seriously considering getting it since I haven't actually read any books on clicker training horses. I've only read dog ones.
The thing with the treats is he's so picky. He spits everything out except for sugar and he'll occasionally eat a nicker maker treat (mostly alfalfa). I'm afraid if I start doing clicker training and he doesn't really like the treat(s) I'm using that the clicker won't have enough value. I don't know if that makes sense or not. Kind of like trying to clicker train a dog that is not at all food motivated . . . does that make better sense? He's definitely food motivated . . . for sugar lol!
